At my birthday, my friend gave me the book “90 days of different” by Eric Walters. At first glance, the
book looked really good and, when I read it, I knew my intuition was right.
The book is all about three things: pushing boundaries, that it is alright to fail and that is also alright
to look like a fool having fun. “90 days of different” is a story about a girl, Sophie, who got dump by
her boyfriend because she was too mature, too boring and other things. Sophie was hurt and went to
her best friend, Ella, to whom she communicated her sadness. Ella then said she felt the same way
but she came up with a plan for Sophie to get out of her comfort zone: she will force her to do a new
different thing everyday for 90 days.
The book is really good although it does not cover every day of different. The variety of the
difference is really fun, it makes it hard to predict what is going to happen next, and keeps the
readers hook but makes it a bit harder to follow since it is always changing scenes and scenarios.
The change of scenarios is also making it hard to connect a lot with the character but you can still
relate to the character since they, mostly Sophie, has really relatable pasts.. The book is really easy
to read, it does not have complicated words. Although the book is really funny and is happy, the
book has some really dark passage. It is profound. I recommend the book.
