Avenger Infinity War, The Powers Of The Stones

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Avenger: Infinity War was hitting the cinema the 27th of April and surprised many fans and there are still unanswered questions  such as the power of the new weapon of Thor, Stormbreaker, that almost defeated Thanos before claiming that he should have gone for the head instead of the chest. Today however im here to review the powers of the Infinity Stones and how Thanos obtained them.

POWER STONE (ORB OF MORAG)

The Power Stone is the first stone to be acquired by Thanos, it was hiding in Xandar by The Nova Corp at the end of The Guardians of the Galaxy and its unknown if theres survivors on this planet and if the Nova Corp still exist. The capacities of the stones are powers of infinite destructions and allow the holder to destruct a planet if wanted and cannot be hold by simple humans. The first use of this stone by the mad titan is against Thor in his ship in the very beginning of the movie.

SPACE STONE (TESSERACT)

The Space stone is the 2nd to be acquired by Thanos, it was hiding in Asguard and then stolen by Loki at the end of Thor Ragnarok he then proceeds to give it to Thanos to avoid the death of his brother Thor. The capacity of the Space Stone is to give the holder to teleport at any wanted moment to where he want. The first use of the stone is when Thanos escape the asguardian's ship with his children.

REALITY STONE (AETHER)

The Reality Stone

The Reality Stone is the third stone to be acquired by Thanos, it was kept secret by the Collector until he died by the hands of the purple giant. The capacity of the red stone is to change the perception of reality as the user wish. The first use of this stone is in Knowhere when the guardians come to take the stone first, they then realise that it has been stolen by Thanos before they could and try to fight him but fail and loose Gamora, kidnapped by Thanos.

SOUL STONE

The Soul Stone is the fourth to be obtained by Thanos. It was unknown where the stone was until Infinity War, it was kept by Red Skull in Vormir after he was defeated in Captain America: The first Avenger. To obtain the stone the person that wish to obtain it have to sacrifice someone he love, which Thanos did by sacrificing his daughter Gamora. Thanos then wakes up soon after, in possession of the orange stone.

TIME STONE (EYE OF AGAMOTTO)

The Time Stone is the fifth stone to be acquired by Thanos. It was kept by Doctor Strange in the Eye of Agamotto. He obtained the stone in the battle of Titan after Dr Strange accepted to give him to spare Tony's life. The power of the stone is to manipulate and alter time. The first time Thanos use it is to get the Mind Stone that was destroyed on Vision.

                                                                                                         

MIND STONE (VISION)

 Vision with the Mind Stone

The Mind Stone is the last and sixth stone to be acquired by Thanos. It was kept by Vision on his forehead and allow him to live. Without it he would die as seen in the movie. Thanos used the Time Stone to get the Mind Stone out of Vision's forehead before he died. The powers of this stone is immense knowledge, as seen in Vision possession can allow to shoot energy beams and can create life.
