The red panda(Ailurus fulgens) is a really cute mammal native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China. he’s roughly the size of a domestic cat but is heavier. for a while, the red panda was a debate in the scientific domain because they couldn’t decide if he should be classified in the family of the raccoons or the bear. to this days, he was categorize as is own species, Ailuridae. Also, this cutie is classified as endangered because  its wild population is estimated at less than 10,000 mature individuals and keeps getting lower because of habitat loss due to deforestation and poaching. Although red pandas are protected by national laws in their range countries, the population growth of the human in china made the red panda’s population drop of 40-50 %, the deforestation is getting rid of is food and places for him to make its ” nest “. he's also used for is furr because in the chinese culture, a hate made of it is supposed to bring happiness to a wedding.

so at this point in the texte, you might be wondering to why did i choose this subject. well the answer is i the hoped that some of you might understand that yes they are cute but they are not stuffed animals which you can have fun and be amazed by its cuteness and then just abandoned and don't care about it anymore, they are an endangered species which is slowly disappearing because of humans. i let you on that thought : how many animals have the human killed ?
