Last month, Ferrari unveiled his brand new beast in the auto showroom in Geneva. The Ferrari 488 Pista was officially introduced to the public. The italian car company has outdone itself by creating the most powerful V8 (engine with 8 pistons in “V”) ever made. The 488 Pista is way “lighter and quicker than its predecessors” (458, 458 Speciale and 488 GTB), which makes it even faster. The Beast does 0-62 MPH in only 2.85 seconds. The only car that can have a little chance against the Ferrari is the Porsche 911 GT2 RS, because it does 0-62 MPH in 2.8 seconds.
Ferrari did a remarkable job by rethinking the entire aerodynamic system. Consequently, the car will be much faster and it will handle better in the different turns. The Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer was added to improve the way the car gets out of a turn. Imagine that the Beast is turning right. Well, the front and back left brakes were going to brake less than the right brakes to keep the speed and to have a more powerful acceleration.
All the critics (Top Speed, Top Gear, etc.) are unanimous. They are all very impressed by the 711 horsepower and the twin-turbo. The Evo online magazine even qualifies it to be the best supercar in 2018. Every car fan cannot wait to see what this Ferrari is capable of.
