New profiles at Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier

We all have passions, but sometimes it is difficult to live them fully by being in the body of a

student, because of the big amount of homework and tasks we have to do. Since the beginning of the year at Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier, the school is offering to the secondary first to the fourth, one day of a ten-day cycle, devoted entirely to a profile that is interesting you. The profiles were created to reach the attention of all levels and ages. Furthermore, this program enable and push young people to appreciate more school.

There are a multiple choices to please students and their interests such as soccer. This sport has an effect on neurons, which allows to develop concentration, memory and allows soccer players to improve in this discipline.

Dance is another profile, this is an activity relate to art that pertains to develop the creativity of the dancers as well as their imagination.

The Performing Arts profile helps teenagers to socialize and beat their timidity. It also allows them to express themselves.

Tennis is a sport that strengthens the cardiovascular system. It teaches people discipline and promotes team spirit.

Golf is known to improve relationships and decreases cardiovascular diseases. It also fights against cerebral aging.

Finally, English immersion helps students to speak English very well by making them talk in a second language all day.  It also helps them create friendships with the other  people of the group.
