Is Cheerleading Back at Saint-Charles?

Cheerleading is a sport built from teamwork, determination, concentration and commitment. A few years ago these qualities were the soul of Saint-Charles’ cheerleading team. With multiple wins at important competitions and incredibly talented members, our school was massively proud of the team it had. Unfortunately, through time, fewer and fewer applicants wanted to sign up to be a part of this wonderful sport and it was sadly cancelled. With sports like volleyball, football, soccer and badminton becoming progressively more popular as the years have passed, people have forgotten about cheerleading. Luckily for those who have missed this sport, the school is currently trying to integrate it back to the activities! A lot of messages have been announced during class time since the beginning of the year, to encourage boys and girls to join/form a new crew of cheerleaders and make the spirit of the sport at school what it once was. On the 20th of September, a kiosk was held  exclusively to promote the activity as well. So will cheerleading be brought back to Saint-Charles and start a new  wave of champions? We hope so!
