Last year, the science department took the initiative to make honey. After installing hives on the third floor, Mrs Berger, with the help of the school’s staff and some of her students, started to produce and collect the bees’ work and have since been really enthusiastic and involved in this project.
As it is a fairly new initiative, the people in charge are not sure yet about the way the honey is going to be sold and if it’s going to be exclusive to the staff, students and parents, or if they’ll expand the market by selling the product outside of school.. For now, we know that they have set the price to 5$ per little jar and that people who are interested in buying some should come to Mrs. Lambert’s office, which is also to the third floor, in front of the director’s office. At the time of writing this post, there were around fifty jars left.
