Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier has started with a new project this year which involves the secondary five students in the ELA class. It is The Garnier Weekly. It is understandable if it rings a bell because my blog is actually there.

A blog post is a text where you put most of the time pictures or interviews. The text need to talk about the life of the school or something that might interest the audience (you). You need, in team of one or two, to write a text every cycle which is ten days of class. One group has to publish its articles for day 10 and the other one for day 5 so we are sure the news are weekly like the website says.  

The website has some places where you could easily find an old or an interesting post for you. The different sections like arts, committees, events, school life, sports and technology are useful if you want to find an article. The most recent of them will be above. The posts from previous months are publishing in the archives.

Mister Bédard is the mastermind behind this. It is his fault if the students need to publish blog posts, take pictures and  talk with the people they have to interview, which is a good thing (although not everyone agrees). He is also the one who corrects the blog posts made by the students.
